As our program grows yearly to be the best it can, so does our staff! We are always looking year round for unique individuals to join the experienced and friendly camp staff. Make new friends over the summer while working as part of an effective team while advancing scouting leadership skills! Not 15 yet? That's no problem, you can still apply as a Counselor-In-Training (CIT)! Spend the summer being introduced to staff training sessions in all areas. By the end of the first week you will still have participated in every program offered in camp by the end of the session and enjoy the same excitement as the rest of the staff!

Meet The Settlers Camp Staff


Kyle Myers - Camp Director

Kyle has been on Camp staff for 12 years. Kyle has worked in several areas of camp including the Kitchen, Dining Hall, Athletics, Archery and the Office as assistant camp director for 3 years. Kyle has attended National Camp School, Wood Badge(Fox), and is a Professional Scouter serving the Anthracite District. He is an Eagle scout from troop 585 , Philadelphia, PA and has graduated from East Stroudsburg University with a degree in Business Management.

Ben Glueck - Program Director

Ben has been on our Camp Staff for 5 years. Having spent his first two Camp Staff years as the Aquatics Director, Ben had joined the management team in 2016 season, and looks to lead the program to great places again in 2018. Ben is a local artist, who has designed most of our Camp shirts, various patches, and many signs and graphics around our camp. He is an Eagle Scout from Lehighton Troop 145, who has experience as a Scoutmaster, Aquatics Instructor, and is National Camp School Certified.
